Her journey to Palawan began when her husband discovered the island through research, ranking it as the top retirement destination in the Philippines. Despite having never visited the province—and with no family or friends waiting for them—both decided to take a leap of faith and retire in Palawan. What started as a “crazy idea” soon became the beginning of a purposeful new chapter.
Just three months after moving, Margie discovered an unexpected sign: individuals with a four-year college degree could undergo a comprehensive seminar and take the Real Estate Broker Board Exam. Guided by blessings and determination, she pursued the opportunity, passed the exam, and officially became a licensed real estate broker. What was once a simple plan to retire, raise organic food, and care for goats transformed into a fulfilling career serving clients from all walks of life.
Today, Margie is a multi-awarded broker known for her integrity, practical market advice, and unwavering commitment to clients. Her expertise spans pre-selling projects, RFO and resale homes, investment properties, and large-scale developments. She has closed numerous transactions with top developers such as Filinvest, Sta. Lucia, Camella, Suntrust, and local developers, guiding local buyers, OFWs, foreigners, and retirees through every step of the real estate journey—from viewing and reservation to financing, documentation, and turnover.
As the Founder and CEO of PearlView Realty Brokerage & Management Services, Margie leads a growing team of licensed practitioners while overseeing sales operations, marketing, inventory, and after-sale support. Her rental management experience is equally extensive, spanning tenant screening, leasing, rent monitoring, collections, maintenance coordination, and property inspections. To better serve property owners and renters, she built PalawanRent.com, a platform that offers houses, condos, apartments, vehicles, and equipment for short- and long-term rentals. She also established PearlViewRealty.com to enhance real estate visibility and streamline client engagement across Palawan.
